
OUR SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a 50% fee applied to your card on file.
No-show or last minute cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in 100 % fee applied to your card on file.
RUNNING LATE
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service will be shortened if time allows and/or you will be charged in full for your service or potentially asked to reschedule.
RUNNING EARLY
We are a small salon and ask that you please respect other guests time and do not arrive any more than 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort level are priority. If your appointment lands on day of inclement weather and you’d prefer to reschedule, there will be no charge for the missed appointment.
SICKNESS
If you are sick or have been around someone who is sick please note our cancellation policy. Please understand that we try our best to maintain a healthy and safe environment for ourselves and other guests.
No notice is unacceptable. We reserve the right to refuse service. If you show up sick to your appointment, it may be canceled upon arrival and 100% of your service will be due at that time. If adequate notice is given, we will do our best to get you in as soon as you are well.
Additional Salon Policies:
We have a no refund policy for all salon services. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 48 hours after. We will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceeded your expectations if notified within 48 hours of your original service.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Best results are achieved when aftercare instructions are followed.
Manicures / pedicures with polish are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip or smudge within 24 hours of your service.
We offer complimentary repairs for CND Shellac manicures for 5 days from the date of your original service. If a repair is requested beyond 5 days, there will be a charge.

Complimentary corrective services will only be offered in the instances listed above, and does not include changing your mind about polish or gel color, design, nail length or shape at the end of your appointment or after.
Artiva Nails an Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift Cards are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Artiva Nails and Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or any unauthorized Gift Card use. Gift Cards expire one year from their original date of purchase. Cancellation policy applies to gift card holders.
Children are welcome by appointment only. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed in the service areas or held in the lap during an appointment. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
To ensure a healthy atmosphere, smoking is not allowed.
PETS: We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind, other than service animals, are not allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the only exception.
