Welcome to Artiva, we are excited to meet you! Please take a few minutes to read our new client policies and fill out our new client form below.

New Client Policies

We request a 50% deposit for your first appointment as a new client. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and is applied towards your first service.

A credit card is required to be kept on file for scheduling purposes and in accordance with with our cancellation policy.

Please have any product on your nails that is not from our salon removed before coming in for the first time, unless advised otherwise from our nail professionals.

Take the first step to luxury nail care in our fume-free, warm and welcoming, locally owned salon by filling out this short questionnaire. This helps us to customize your experience by scheduling the appropriate time and professional for your needs. 

We will be in touch with you within 48 hours after completing this form (excluding weekends and holidays).

Heather Bode

  • Heather is a Colorado Springs native who has been a licensed Nail Technician since 2009 & licensed Esthetician since 2011. Heather is passionate about both Nail and Skin care and continues to keep up with current trends and practices by attending annual classes hosted by some of the best in the industry.

    She is certified in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, E-File, CND Shellac Master Painter, Wildflowers Nail Art, and a member of The Associated Skin & Nail Care Professionals.

    In 2018, she completed Certified Master Pedicure training with the North American School of Podology.

    Heather currently specializes in natural nail services, spa-style pedicures, CMP wellness pedicures and CND Shellac Manicures. She is a natural artist and enjoys creating hand painted nail art that ranges from mild to wild. Her clients boast about her attention to detail that “provides the perfect manicure every time!”

    When not pampering clients, Heather enjoys watching her son play sports, hiking, gardening & spending time with family, friends, and her two very spoiled King Charles Cavalier Spaniels!

  • Noelani is a talented, licensed nail tech who has joined Artiva in 2018. She has advanced certifications in CND Shellac and CND Master Painter, Footlogix education, and Wildflower Nail Art. She is passionate about natural nails and plans to continue advanced training with the best in the industry to stay current in this ever evolving industry.

    Noelani is known for her amazing spa pedicures and strives to make her clients look and feel their best. She pays close attention to detail, and it is important to her to spend quality time with each client.

    Noelani comes from 18 years in the dental industry and takes pride in maintaining a clean and sterilized environment for the safety of all clients. This, combined with her love of people and creative talent has made for an amazing addition to Artiva Nails & Co.

    When not pampering clients, Noelani enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends, trying new wines and fine dining.

  • Hi there, ever since I was young, I have loved nails. My obsession began when I was a child, watching classic movies with leading ladies and their perfectly manicured hands. One of my favorites being Bette Midler in hocus pocus. This then led me to videos on line and then to finally picking up a brush of my own. pursuing the art, I honed my practices and talents. Educating myself on nail artistry.

    My goal now is to do the best I can at providing my clients with the best of my abilities. My wish is for my clients to sit back, relax and allow me to pamper them, and send them on their way refreshed, and with a beautiful set of nails.

    Jacqi joined Artiva Nails & Co. in 2021. Her dedication to client care and building her career with us has been remarkable. She is an inspiration for our entire team. Schedule with Jacqi if timing of longer services is a concern as she preforms quickly yet efficiently. Jacqi specializes in Nail Art, adding length for nail enhancements with CND Plexigel or Apres GelX and spa pedicures.

Dez GILL

  • Dez is an entry level nail professional with a gentle touch, demeanor and whimsy. Dez has been a licensed nail tech since 2022, joining Artiva Nails and Co in 2023 and has become a vital part of our salon culture. She not only specializes in amazing pedicures but keeps salon operations running smoothly with her attention to detail. When not in the salon, Dez spends time pet sitting, spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, and exploring the great outdoors.
